My own experience: I have tried virtually every diet and program out there with little to no success, or couldn't stay on it long enough to make it work for me. FINALLY I have something I believe in strong enough that I want to help others with it. I have lost 53 pounds in 14 weeks and am still losing. I was prediabetic when I started and within the 1st week had normal blood sugar levels. I've gone from wearing XL shirts and 40 pants to medium and less than 32s. I can not only sit in my favorite restaurants without being tempted beyond belief but can bake and cook my favorites for my family without a problem.
DG: She suffered from daily joint aches and was equally frustrated with weights loss attempts. Within 5 days the aches stopped, and she lost 15 pounds in her 1st three weeks.
MG: She was frustrated with weight loss programs, too. She was now to the point of being diabetic and was on 2 different medications to keep her blood sugars below the 300s. Within a few days of beginning the program, she has near-normal levels WITHOUT medications. She lost 9 pounds her 1st week.
