Running
Think you can't run?  I have arthritis in my knees and spine, and I've done at least 6 marathons, 2 ultras (longer than 26.2 miles), and a snowshoe ultra.  I started running when I weighed 240 pounds, and during my 1st marathon I weighed over 200.  You CAN run, and I can help you get there.
